Mutual Fund Reports & Confirms If you enter Mutual Fund orders through a trading desk at your firm, then the process for Reports and Confirms will be the same one you use for your other orders. For trades placed directly with the mutual fund company, you will not get a report or confirm other than the statement from the mutual fund company. See Office procedures for a suggested method of handling direct order reports and confirmations.
