Most of the other data on the account screen is available from your paper New Account form. For data that is not, it's good to ask your client questions to fill in the other boxes. This information is useful for marketing purposes, and will become more useful as additional marketing support features are added to BOOKS. Every field on this screen is either required for compliance, or was suggested by other Registered Reps as being useful. Note: In accordance with the requests of compliance officers, the fill-in for the Goals boxes on the Account Form is either P (for Primary) or S (for Secondary) You can check as many of these boxes as you wish. When you have completed the Account Form, click on OK to return to the Main View Screen. For a Field by filed explanation of the Account Form, click here. Calling Clients and Prospects Use the Call an Account and Notes commands on the Account menu to bring up a client or prospect's phone number, (dial your phone if your computer is connected to your modem), then take notes on what the client says.
