you wish to keep account records of accounts that are closed for compliance purposes, you should not delete an account page just because an account has been closed. You probably, however, would not want to send mailings to that account. Designating an account as closed or inactive eliminates it from your mailing label list. To make changes, click on the data field you want to change. Click to place a dot in the Conservative, Moderate or Aggressive fields. To delete the contents of a field, press Ctrl+Y. When you have finished making your changes, click on OK. You will be returned to the Main View Screen. If objectives change, you must type a P or S in the field to indicate whether the objective is Primary or Secondary.
View an account To View an existing account page, click on Accounts to display the Accounts menu. Click on View Account. The Select an Account screen will appear. The account for the order you had highlighted on the Main View Screen will be highlighted. If this is not the account that you wish to view, use the arrow keys to move the highlight to the desired account, or click on it with your mouse. Then click on the Details button. The full account page will then be displayed
