Correspondence System
This command connects you to the Correspondence System.  This system allows you to send messages to one or more in-house departments. You can send a message to any department that has a wire code. The wire system is being phased out.  Your home office suggests that you use e-mail where available.
The Securities Menu -- Cross References and Inventories
Cross Reference Report

Use this command to get a list of all your customers who hold a particular security. You will be prompted for the security symbol.  This is particularly useful when you have a position in a security and are ready to close it.
If you are a branch manager, you can retrieve a cross-reference report for all accounts in your branch by selecting the Access All Accounts option on the OverDrive™ setup screen.  This is useful to check for unusual concentration for your branch.

Look Up by Symbol or CUSIP

Retrieves back-office information for the security you specify.  This is useful if you want to find out all the particulars of a bond.

Inventories

Retrieves the complete inventory from OLOS, the On-Line Offering System for the type of security that you specify in its sub-menu.  Available inventories are Government Bond Inventory, Municipal Bond Inventory, Corporate Bonds, CMOs, Mortgage Backed Governemnt Zeroes, and Syndicate.  In the Municipal Bond inventory, it retrieves by default only those states that you specified in your OverDrive setup.  If you wish other states, you will be given an opportunity to specify.
