The OverDrive Notepad

The Notepad is a Windows-compliant text editor.  Using standard Windows shortcuts or the Edit menu, you can copy, paste and cut information from the notepad to to other Windows applications such as word processors such as Microsoft Word, and spreadsheets such as Microsoft Excel. The EDIT Menu -- Editing the NotePad
The Edit menu contains commands for editing and managing the contents of the NotePad.  You can use standard Windows keyboard shortcuts such as Ctrl-C to copy, and Ctrl-V to paste instead of the commands on this menu.
Insert into NotePad Submenu
Contains commands for inserting text into the NotePad:
Append from Terminal
Appends the current page from the active Rumba® terminal session.
Append Next Terminal Page
Appends the page after the current page from the active Rumba® terminal session.
From File
Inserts the contents of the text file you specify.
Date & Time
Inserts the date and time into the NotePad.
Page Break
Inserts {New Page} into the NotePad. When you print the NotePad, {New Page} causes the printer to skip to the top of the next page.
Copy to ClipBoard
Copies the selected text from the NotePad to the Windows® Clipboard.
Cut to ClipBoard
Copies the selected text from the NotePad to the Windows® Clipboard, and then deletes the selected text from the NotePad.
Select All NotePad Text
Selects all text on the NotePad.
Clear NotePad
Deletes all text from the NotePad.
