A decade’s records for several advisors can be kept on one modestly configured PC’s hard drive.
Records are easily archived to non-alterable CDs with an inexpensive CD writer.
Records include all order tickets, account suitability info, cash & order blotters, client communication records, customer position and cross-reference pages.
